Role Objective:
- Our client, a fast-growing automotive company, is seeking to recruit Sales Representatives within Nairobi to support its expanding operations. The role is responsible for driving vehicle sales through effective customer engagement, prospecting, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will actively identify new business opportunities, guide customers through the sales process, and deliver exceptional service to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursuit new customers to grow the client base within their automotive market.
- Promote and sell automotive workshop services, spare parts, and related products to individual and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility activities within the automotive business
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the automotive industry
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, demand trends, and product/service performance
- Ensure proper display and presentation of automotive products and services where applicable
- Perform any other sales-related duties as may be assigned
Job Specifications and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Role Objective
- The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The role requires a highly organized, individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls and respond to general email enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, calendars, and meeting room schedules for management.
- Provide executive support through diary management, travel arrangements, reservations, and other personal assistant duties as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper handling of confidential records and documentation.
