Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across individual, SME, and corporate markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and premium growth.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and other business partners.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in insurance (ACII, IIK, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business growth targets.
