Inventor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Controls inventory levels by leading the physical stock count exercise and reconciling with stocks in Speed
  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement through Speed
  • Putting up measures to control loss of stocks and also Investigating missing stocks should there be any
  • Management of the damaged and returned goods from the customers
  • Prepare and review inventory reports as and when required
  • Lead the inventory team to ensure accomplishment of the set KPIs
  • Develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of inventory management
  • Conduct investigations into Inventory Management incidents in order to verify or resolve any complaints from the client

Minimum Qualifications

Inventory Clerk – Nairobi

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse operations

  • Accurate counting and recording of stock in the warehouse in accordance with daily cycle count plan
  • Daily stock auditing
  • Variance investigations within 24hr of discovery
  • Empty locations auditing
  • FIFO/FEFO compliance auditing
  • Identifying and escalate stock errors to the relevant inventory supervisor to ensure immediate action is taken.
  • Ensure WMS is updated on time with outbound/inbound movements.
  • Carry out all delegated tasks from relevant inventory supervisor /Controller.
  • Keep accurate stock counting records

Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE

  • Support in enforcing the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE) all the time by the warehouse operatives
  • Make at least thirty (30) Safety Observations per month
  • Timely incident reporting and investigations (RCA) within 12 hours of occurrence
  • Manage all tools and equipment in use within the working area to ensure they are in safe working condition all the times.
  • Support in enforcing all QHSE regulations to ensure safe working conditions and practice within the Warehouse always
  • Toolbox meetings attendance
  • Safety stand downs attendance
  • Proper stacking standards
  • Clear gangways, fire points and emergency exits policy
  • No damage on the product

Auto Electrician

Job Purpose

  • To diagnose, repair, install, and maintain electrical and electronic systems in company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with set specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and testing tools.
  • Repair and maintain vehicle wiring systems, electrical circuits, and electronic components.
  • Install, inspect, and repair starters, alternators, batteries, lighting systems, and ignition systems.
  • Troubleshoot faults in electronic control systems, sensors, ECUs, ABS, airbags, and other onboard electronics.
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections on electrical systems.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and electrical schematics.
  • Replace defective electrical components and ensure proper system functionality.
  • Test repaired systems to verify operational safety and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Driver Allowance Clerk

Job Purpose

  • To administer and reconcile driver allowances, generate and process RCNs, and maintain accurate financial and operational records to support efficient transport operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process driver allowance claims and supporting documentation.
  • Calculate, prepare, and disburse approved driver allowances within stipulated timelines.
  • Generate RCNs accurately and ensure all supporting documents are complete and approved.
  • Track the status of RCNs and follow up to ensure timely processing and closure.
  • Reconcile driver allowance payments and RCN records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of allowance payments, RCNs, and related documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on allowance disbursements and RCN status.
  • Liaise with Transport, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure timely processing of payments and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Transport Manager

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
