Sales Executive – FMCG (3 Positions)
Our Client, a growing medium sized labels printing company is seeking to recruit focused, energetic, proactive and results oriented candidates to the position of Sales Executive.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Sales Executive | Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till the closure
- Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone
- Reach or exceed monthly sales target
- Generate referral business by mining existing clientele
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for the target market
- Any other task related to sales as assigned by the Sales Manager or any other senior authority
Sales Executive | Skills, Competencies, Qualification, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Business Administration), with 2 years minimum of experience in sales with a proven track record
- FMCG background/experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven persuasive power
- Organized and efficient – able to prioritize and organize workload to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and highly growing business
- Customer centric
- Self- motivated with strong business acumen
- Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
- Excellent computer skills, etiquette and work ethic
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office systems including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
