Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into successful property sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can confidently guide clients through the property buying journey—from initial inquiry to closing and after-sales support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities 

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

Sales Execution & Conversion

  • Negotiate and close transactions with transparency and professionalism
  • Guide clients through the full purchase process, including after-sales support

Follow-ups & CRM Management

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, messages, and site visits
  • Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM system

Property Showcasing

  • Organize and conduct property viewings

Collaboration & Networking

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, digital, admin)
  • Build relationships with developers and key industry partners
  • Participate in events and networking opportunities to grow client base

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation
