Job Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into successful property sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can confidently guide clients through the property buying journey—from initial inquiry to closing and after-sales support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication
- Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
Sales Execution & Conversion
- Negotiate and close transactions with transparency and professionalism
- Guide clients through the full purchase process, including after-sales support
Follow-ups & CRM Management
- Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, messages, and site visits
- Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM system
Property Showcasing
- Organize and conduct property viewings
Collaboration & Networking
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, digital, admin)
- Build relationships with developers and key industry partners
- Participate in events and networking opportunities to grow client base
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation
