About the job

  • Strategically support the HR team in Mobile Internet Business Group in order to assist the business managers.
  • Assist the Overseas HR Leader and the Regional HR Manager in Africa to oversee day-to-day operations of the HR in the Mobile Internet Business Group, employee engagement, and local policy interpretation.
  • Provide HR support in Talent Acqusitions, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Review for the Mobile Interent Business Group not just in Kenya but also potentially outside of Kenya (within East Africa).
  • Partner with Chinese HRBPs across the globe to comprehend the needs and navigate country-specific requirements.
  • Partner with the African Group HR teams to implement relevant local policies.
  • Work on the ad-hoc tasks related to all the functional matters in Mobile Internet Business Group in Africa
