HR Assistant Brief:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Assistant to support various HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with hands-on tasks and managing responsibilities that require travel to and oversight of labor camps. This role mandates managing labor camp-related operations and addressing any issues that arise effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other administrative tasks.
- Regularly visit labor camps to address workforce-related needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle and resolve issues arising in labor camps promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with labor camps to oversee workforce accommodations and compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and escalate matters when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR experience in the home country.
- High tolerance for high-pressure, stressful work environments.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Immediately available candidates are preferred.
- Open to visiting labor camps and managing labor camp-related issues.
- Male candidates only.
