Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Develop and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing customer service team.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with asset management and agro-processing teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in customer service management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to sustainability initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Social media knowledge
