Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Develop and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing customer service team.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with asset management and agro-processing teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in customer service management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to sustainability initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Social media knowledge
