Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (minimum 5 years)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)

Essential Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Public Relations /Business Management & MarketingBusiness Administration (BSc)
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle complex assignments and multitask effectively
