Essential Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (minimum 5 years)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
Essential Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in:Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Public Relations /Business Management & MarketingBusiness Administration (BSc)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle complex assignments and multitask effectively
