Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new market opportunities and enhance brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Train and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and penetrating new markets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
Salary:Kshs. 50,000 – Kshs. 100,000
