Our client is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to manage our sales office in Diani. The office will primarily be used for clients to explore development models, view renders and marketing materials, book site viewings, and discuss property details. The role involves engaging with clients both in-office and on-site, with a strong focus on making sales to earn commission. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the local property market and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients in the office to provide detailed information on property developments, showcase models and renders, and book viewings.
- Site Tours: Conduct property viewings with potential clients, showcasing the various developments and providing thorough information.
- Sales Generation: Actively work to close property sales, providing clients with all necessary details and facilitating the purchasing process.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through marketing efforts, networking, and responding to client inquiries.
- Marketing & Promotion: Use various channels to promote properties, including social media, local advertising, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving client concerns.
- Knowledge of Projects: Maintain a thorough understanding of all current projects, including specifications, pricing, availability, and timelines.
- Market Research: Stay informed on local real estate trends, including rental and sales prices, and communicate this information to clients.
- Office Management: Ensure the sales office is welcoming and well-organized, maintaining marketing materials and ensuring the smooth operation of client meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local Diani market, including rental and sale trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be articulate, well-spoken, and able to convey information clearly.
- Presentation Skills: Must be well-dressed and presentable when interacting with clients in the office and on-site.
- Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation skills.
- Marketing Skills: Ability to market properties through various channels and generate leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored property solutions.
