Retail Sales Associate at Jotun

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify new business opportunities in Mombasa and its environs to drive sales growth and boost our market share.
• Promote our high-quality Decorative products, services and solutions to new customers through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure prompt and professional response to product inquiries using the guided Jotun tools and best practices.
• Conduct market surveys to identify unique opportunities, gather competitive insights and prepare captivating proposals and presentations to the team.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction to build strong, long-term relationships.

Qualifications we require for the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of these fields is required; Commerce/Business Administration/Construction Management/
• Up to 1 year experience in field sales especially in construction industry is an added advantage.
• A strong, confident communicator with enthusiasm to build relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to sell premium products.
• Must be currently residing in Mombasa and legally authorized to work in Kenya.
