Regional Sales Manager Duties will include the following:
- Developing and defending the BASF products and market share in the region.
- Achieving the sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Developing and growing BASF market share by ensuring superior product presence in retail.
- Planning and management of regional sales forecasts per customer and product in the business monitor.
- Representing BASF during sales events and trade shows.
- Responsibility for the monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities as well as trend threats and market opportunities.
- Attending and presenting technical product information at external and internal customer meetings.
- Managing demonstration trials to generate growth in sales.
- Implementing go-to-market strategies for key segments
- Ensuring adherence to and compliance with all BASF guidelines and procedures.
WHAT Regional Sales Manager OFFER
- Degree in Crop protection, Agronomy, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Agriculture or relevant field.
- Well informed and experienced within the crop protection industry in North Rift Region
- Key account management experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, technical and business development
- Field and project management experience
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
