  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all business lines, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the company’s values and culture.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment, enhance employee morale and motivation, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to all departments, tailored to the specific local needs and regulations,  ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development planning, to support employee growth and development and drive performance excellence.
  • Oversee administrative services while ensuring all workplace health and safety standards are consistently upheld while managing the costs effectively.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR practices and policies comply with local regulations and mitigate legal risks.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 4 HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve HR objectives.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Behind every data point is a person, and you understand that better than anyone. Your empathy, communication skills, and knack for building relationships make you a trusted advisor and mentor to our employees.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • You’re not just comfortable with tech; you’re passionate about it. You thrive in an environment where innovation is the norm and technology is the catalyst for change.
