In this role, you will lead recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our global operations. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours to facilitate collaboration across time zones.
Recruiter role Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Develop and monitor recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers and internal/external teams.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, maintaining high selection standards.
- Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience, upholding Influx’s employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with administrative procedures (e.g., HRIS updates).
Who You Are as a Recruiter
Must-Have:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong judgment in assessing talent objectively.
- Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations transparently.
