We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, maintaining patient records, handling billing, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and address inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone or email.
• Maintain and update patient accounts and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist patients in completing intake and medical forms.
• Prepare and send billing statements, and explain payment options when applicable.
• Process patient payments and manage basic accounting tasks such as petty cash handling.
• Manage and organize specialist referrals for patients.
• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail for the office.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A college diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
