Receptionist

Receptionist RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and help patients and visitors.
Schedule arrangements and oversee understanding records.
Answer phone calls and react to inquiries.
Process charging and protections information.
Maintain a clean and organized gathering area.
Ensure compliance with healing center policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or Certificate in Commerce Organization, Front Office, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer frameworks and planning programCapacity to multitask and work beneath pressure.
Excellent client benefit skills.
Experience:

2-3 a long time in a comparable secretary or front work area partInvolvement in a healing center or healthcare setting is an advantage.
