Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and business support to the company CEO and senior executives.
- Manage emails extensively, including tracking incoming/outgoing correspondence and following up as necessary.
- Respond accurately and promptly to internal and external information requests.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and teleconferences.
- Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and appointments.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required.
- Perform basic banking and bookkeeping tasks, including personal tasks for executives.
- Maintain demanding calendars for the senior executive team, arranging internal and external meetings.
- Organize quarterly P&L meetings and coordinate other staff events.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to clear and ensure timely outstanding payments.
- Draft professional email correspondence and media-related interview content.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years in a similar role, with 8-10 years of UAE-specific experience.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Teams and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage office systems and processes effectively.
- Nationality: Indian.
- Age: 32–38 years.
