We are currently seeking to recruit a Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic client relationships by ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to tailor and optimize service offerings, and effective coordination between clients and Stratostaff’s internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the lead liaison for assigned key accounts, ensuring consistent, high-level engagement.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to track satisfaction and alignment.
Account Growth and Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present customized solutions based on client workforce needs.
- Meet revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling Stratostaff services (e.g., temporary staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, HR advisory).
Operational Oversight
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and HR teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and resolve client issues promptly.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure seamless transition and integration.
Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain up-to-date client data and activity reports using CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on account performance.
- Analyze trends, market data, and client feedback to inform service improvements.
Requirements
Key Accounts Manager QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, preferably in the service industry
- Demonstrated success in building and expanding client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
- Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen
- High-level problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Client-centric and performance-driven mindset
