Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, Culinary Arts, Customer Service, or related field (an added advantage, but experience may substitute in some roles).

  • Have prior experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or fast-paced hospitality environment, especially for Baristas, Cooks, Supervisors and Manager roles.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

  • Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.

  • Possess strong leadership and people management skills for the Supervisors and Manager positions.
