- The successful candidate will act as a critical link between Shalina Healthcare and healthcare institutions with an aim to enhance patient healthcare by effectively promoting and availing our quality and affordable healthcare products.
What to expect:
- Client Relationship Management – Establish and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, including healthcare providers and decision-makers in medical facilities and government institutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution – Implement targeted sales strategies to meet specific institutional needs and achieve sales targets. Organize and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare stakeholders within the pharmaceutical institutional business.
- Product Promotion – Effectively communicate the benefits and features of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about new and existing products.
- Market Analysis – Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape within the Pharmaceutical institutional sector.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all promotional activities adhere to the guidelines set by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya, maintaining ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
Essential education, experience & skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in life Sciences, Pharmacy or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry\’s current practices and emerging trends.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales successfully.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and client feedback effectively.
