A reputed trading company that partners with top businesses in the Firefighting, Plumbing, HVAC, and Oilfield Accessories sectors is looking for an efficient HR Admin to support daily HR and office operations.
Location: Meshairef – Ajman Free Zone
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee daily administrative and office-related tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure confidentiality while adhering to HR policies and labor laws.
- Provide assistance in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance files.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR administration (fresh graduates with relevant experience can apply).
- Master’s degree required.
