CRM Management & Data Integrity for Group Sales Coordinator 

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the group.
  • Ensure strict adherence to CRM policies, best practices, and data security standards by all business developers and sales teams.
  • Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring that all leads, opportunities, and client information are correctly recorded and updated.
  • Provide ongoing CRM training and support to sales personnel to maximize system utilization and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards, offering data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Sales Administration & Support

  • Coordinate all sales-related administrative functions, ensuring timely execution of tasks that support the business development teams.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, performance goals, and action plans aligned with the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Manage contract documentation and compliance, ensuring that all agreements, sales transactions, and proposals are properly processed and archived.
  • Support sales managers in tracking sales pipelines, leads, and deal progress, providing real-time updates and insights.
  • Ensure a structured follow-up process for leads, proposals, and contract renewals to optimize conversion rates.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Organize and manage travel logistics for sales personnel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Plan and schedule client meetings, sales conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Ensure travel policies and budgetary guidelines are adhered to, optimizing cost efficiency while meeting operational needs.
  • Facilitate logistics for trade shows, product launches, and external business development engagements.

Communication & Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison for the sales department, ensuring seamless communication between sales teams, marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for sales inquiries, ensuring quick response times and effective issue resolution.
  • Coordinate collaborative efforts with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure that pricing structures, contract terms, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms, ensuring that all sales-related information is easily accessible across business units.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, tracking key performance metrics such as revenue, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards to present sales performance insights to senior management.
  • Identify sales trends, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure the effective tracking of KPIs across all sales divisions, allowing for data-driven decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Provide analytical insights into market performance, customer engagement trends, and competitor activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Development Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives requiring sales input, such as software and solutions development, client onboarding, and new market entry strategies.
  • Contribute to business expansion projects, helping sales teams develop structured market entry approaches.
  • Participate in the execution of strategic projects, offering insights and administrative support to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Actively engage in company-wide initiatives that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Group Sales Coordinator Requirements

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with sales performance tracking and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of travel and event coordination tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Relevant Experience for Group Sales Coordinator 

  • 3-5 years proven experience in sales coordination, administration, or support role.
