We’re looking for a proven leader who can combine hands-on horticultural expertise with strong commercial and financial acumen. You’ll thrive on responsibility, driving innovation in crop production and post-harvest systems, ensuring world-class standards in yield, quality, and cost control.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full operational and financial management of multi-site berry production.
• Leading annual crop planning, CAPEX, and budget performance.
• Driving continuous improvement in agronomy, technology, and sustainability.
• Building trusted partnerships with key off-takers and export clients.
• Inspiring and developing large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Degree (and ideally post-graduate qualification) in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agribusiness.
• 10+ years’ leadership experience in large-scale fresh produce or superfood production.
• Proven track record in managing P&L, forecasting, and delivering profitable growth.
• Technical understanding of modern berry agronomy and post-harvest handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
