Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in business administration, management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience leading an admin team of a professional service firm or a law firm.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
