Financial Planning/ Analysis Manager

Lead strategic financial planning, annual budgeting and long- term forecasting tguide company growth.

Build dynamic financial models and run scenariaL Analyses to support smart business decisions.

Prepare clear, insightful reports and dashboards for investors, management and the Board.

Partner with Sales, Credit. Product and Operations team tevaluate new initiatives and improve profitability.

Support Key projects like fundraising, product launches and market expansion with solid financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related (MBA CFA or CPA preferred.
  • 6-10 Years of FPAA, strategy or corporate finance idealy a FinTech
  • Strong expertise in Financial modeling forecasting and data
  • Proven ability ttranslate come data asghtfor senior leaders and investors
  • Advance excel Financial system skills: Bl tools experience (PBT) pred skills
  • Excellent communication and presentations with Board and investor skill
