The Finance Manager at Royal Mabati Factory Ltd is responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations of the organization. The role provides strategic financial leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, implements robust internal controls, and supports sustainable business growth. This position guides the finance team, ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, and contributes to strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Finance Manager Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
  • Membership in a recognized accounting body (e.g., ICPAK) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting principles (IFRS, IAS).
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.

  • ERP & Tech Proficiency – Skilled in using ERP systems and financial technologies for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Budgeting & Planning – Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation aligned with company goals.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving financial issues.
  • Communication Skills-Ability to present complex financial information clearly to all levels of the organization.
