Finance Admin Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, counting planning, recording, and archive management.

Oversee office supplies stock and facilitate with sellers for restocking.

Assist in organizing company occasions and meetings.

Support essential bookkeeping and bookkeeping errands, counting information passage and handling invoices.

Managing accounts payables and receivables.

Reconcile accounts and help with monetary reporting.

Liaise with the back group on finance, cost reimbursements, and unimportant cash management.

Maintain representative records and help in HR-related tasks.

Ensure compliance with office approaches and procedures.

Qualifications:

Must have a pertinent Recognition or Bachelor’s in Back or any other related field.

Must have 2 a long time and over working experience.

Proficient in utilizing budgetary program and tools.

Hands on with keenness and interpersonal skills
