Field Sales Executive
Role Overview:
- The Field Sales Executive will be tasked with generating leads for the store both online and offline as well as coordinating clients orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical, wellness, and healthcare products to customers.
- Receive and process sales orders through WhatsApp Business, e-commerce sites and social media platforms e.g Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Engage customers promptly and professionally across all digital channels, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Provide insights on customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (FMCG industry preferred).
- Proven track record in sales and attaining sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple digital platforms effectively.
- Self-driven, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
