Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

  • The Field Sales Executive will be tasked with generating leads for the store both online and offline as well as coordinating clients orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical, wellness, and healthcare products to customers.
  • Receive and process sales orders through WhatsApp Business, e-commerce sites and social media platforms e.g Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Engage customers promptly and professionally across all digital channels, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Coordinate with the pharmacy and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (FMCG industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales and attaining sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple digital platforms effectively.
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
