Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a person with  disability (PWD).
  • Must be currently residing in Nakuru.
  • Commission-based role — earn 25% of the revenue generated.
  • Completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
  • Good command of English and Kiswahili.
  • Previous debt collection or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
