Job Overview: Customer Support
- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their web hosting inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless hosting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web hosting issues, including domain configurations, server settings, and website errors.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and general product guidance.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new hosting technologies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a web hosting or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of web hosting services, including cPanel, DNS, FTP, and email configurations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
