Customer Service Officer RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle client request and complaints.

Provide precise data around items and services.

Process orders, demands, and transactions.

Maintain client records and upgrade databases.

Resolve issues expeditiously and professionally.

Collaborate with other divisions to move forward service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or Degree in Trade, Communications, or a related field. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer frameworks and CRM software.

Problem-solving and strife determination abilities.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience:

2-3 a long time in client benefit or a comparable role.

Experience in a corporate or benefit industry is an advantage.
