Our client is looking for Customer Service Agents. The Main Objective of this role will be to co-ordinate and communicate with customers to achieve the objective of the organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • The customer Service Agent will work closely with customers to communicate and co-ordinate work related activities in order to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • You will also be required to build trust and relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
  • You will be required to keep accurate records as well as investigate and resolve any complaints.

Please note that selected candidates will undergo a training for one week before commencing their duties.
Requirements

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelors Degree in any business-related field
  • Proficiency in Computer
  • 1 years’ experience
  • 30 WPM typing speed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in Kiswahili
  • Knowledge of Computer skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Ability to work in shifts
