As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a dedicated team, and growing the market presence of their irrigation and greenhouse portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, enhancing customer relationships, and collaborating across departments to deliver value-added solutions.
This strategic role reports directly to the Managing Director and is a key member of the company’s senior leadership team.
Key criteria to be successful in Commercial Manager role:
- Academic background in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Business Management.
- Deep understanding of the Kenyan (or broader African) agricultural market.
- Proven track record in agribusiness sales, especially irrigation and greenhouse technologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and commercial operations.
- Willingness to travel and build strong client relationships in the field.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on execution.
- Results-driven with a passion for innovation.
