Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and personable Clinic Receptionist/Patient Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be European, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle patient interactions effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with appointments and inquiries.
- Manage clinic schedules using Open Jet software.
- Update and maintain patient records in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Coordinate with medical staff and handle administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a clinic receptionist or in patient relations.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and OpenJet software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
Salary:5000 – 10000 AED
