Medical Sales Representative – Derma-Cosmetics

Your mission will be to promote our products to dermatologists, paediatricians, general practitioners (GPs), and pharmacists by combining scientific expertise with consumer brand marketing. You will contribute to building product advocacy, increasing prescriptions, and driving OTC sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote derma-cosmetic products to healthcare professionals and pharmacies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Execute marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Deliver scientific detailing and product training
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, clinics, and retail partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or related health fields
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer health sales
- Previous experience in dermatology, paediatrics, or derma-cosmetic lines is an advantage
- Excellent communication, scientific presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
KPIs:
- Sales volume/value vs. targets
- Number of HCP and pharmacy calls per week/month
- Growth in product recommendation/prescription
- New account activation
- Training sessions conducted
- Coverage and frequency of key customers

- As a Consumer Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving retail sales, visibility, and advocacy for a premium range of dermo-cosmetic OTC products. Your mission: engage with pharmacies, beauty consultants, supermarkets, and skincare retailers to ensure availability, in-store excellence, and strong product education at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales and build strong relationships with pharmacy and retail partners
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing product training and skincare education
- Ensure visibility, merchandising excellence, and planogram compliance
- Organize and support in-store promotions and activation events
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights
Your Profile:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Beauty Therapy, or Health Sciences
- 2+ years of experience in OTC, cosmetics, skincare, or pharmacy retail sales
- Strong interest in skincare and dermatology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
