Branch Manager
Gross Salary: Ksh 90k plus incentives,
Our client is a subsidiary of a European company and a leading innovator in the waste management and renewable energy industry, dedicated to improving the country’s environment and health and they are looking to hire a Branch Manager.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Branch monthly and annual sales targets are tracked and achieved UCO collection, Vendor recruitment and service delivery as team leader.
- Represent the Branch in performance, market intelligence, market development.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the Freshly fried charters, MOU and all other marketing initiatives are signed for adoption.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets and to penetrate the various niche markets and enter new areas
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned area
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members within the area
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance to management
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
- Streamline UCO traceability through proper documentation and process.
- Supporting all initiatives undertaken for business development in the marketplace while maintaining liaison with partners to get UCO on a regular basis
- Develop, build, and manage stakeholder relationships both internal and external including suppliers, government, institutions, and individuals aimed at market growth for UCO collection
- Ensure product, people, and processes compliance with respective statutory and quality control bodies local, regional, or otherwise
- Actively participate in budgeting and day to day ad-hoc analysis to test the cost-benefit side of business
Qualifications & Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience and 2 years leading a team
- Experience in running operations of a branch
- Experience in Business Development
- Good communication skills and excellent proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ERP-Systems (e.g. Microsoft Navision Dynamics)
