Branch Manager at Brisk Credit LTD

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the branch team to achieve set targets. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of credit products lending processes and financial regulations
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• High integrity and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate all branch activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Business Development: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow the branch’s loan portfolio and customer base
