What You’ll Do

  • Hunt & qualify LinkedIn, association lists (KAM, KEPSA, FKE), trade events, cold calls/WhatsApp
  • Run discovery calls Diagnose pain, outline ROI, book demos
  • Drive proposals & close 1-page quotes, e-signature, instant payments
  • Maintain CRM HubSpot updates, daily activity KPIs
  • Nurture & upsell Stay in sprint demos, surface add-on revenue

Targets (per quarter)

  • 150 qualified discovery calls
  • 60 proposals sent
  • 20 signed Discovery Sprints
  • 8 full DYOS builds closed (KES 6–10 m revenue)

Must-Haves as a Sales Associate 

  • 3+ yrs B2B tech or consulting sales with verifiable numbers
  • Hunter mentality—comfortable booking your own meetings
  • Strong English (Swahili a plus); persuasive on WhatsApp & Zoom
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
  • Ability to link business pain (Excel hell) to tangible ROI
