What You’ll Do
- Hunt & qualify LinkedIn, association lists (KAM, KEPSA, FKE), trade events, cold calls/WhatsApp
- Run discovery calls Diagnose pain, outline ROI, book demos
- Drive proposals & close 1-page quotes, e-signature, instant payments
- Maintain CRM HubSpot updates, daily activity KPIs
- Nurture & upsell Stay in sprint demos, surface add-on revenue
Targets (per quarter)
- 150 qualified discovery calls
- 60 proposals sent
- 20 signed Discovery Sprints
- 8 full DYOS builds closed (KES 6–10 m revenue)
Must-Haves as a Sales Associate
- 3+ yrs B2B tech or consulting sales with verifiable numbers
- Hunter mentality—comfortable booking your own meetings
- Strong English (Swahili a plus); persuasive on WhatsApp & Zoom
- CRM discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
- Ability to link business pain (Excel hell) to tangible ROI
