Assistant Manager Finance Control | Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure all finance-related payroll transactions are executed in alignment with the outsourced agreement with RAMCO.
- Validate GL integration and payroll-related financial reporting across all countries.
- Process and validate End of Service settlements in compliance with respective country labor laws.
Assistant Manager Finance Control| Deductions & Loans Management:
- Monitor and ensure proper deduction of penalties and other items in line with applicable labor laws.
- Maintain and ensure deductions of employee loans are executed according to agreed repayment plans.
Payroll Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Conduct monthly payroll reconciliation for employee pay elements, including headcount and labor cost analysis.
- Review final payroll registers in collaboration with the Payroll Team before salary disbursement.
- Generate WPS files per country and ensure timely salary disbursement by coordinating with the Treasury Department.
Assistant Manager Finance Control| Incentives & Bonus Verification:
- Ensure accurate calculation and validation of sales bonuses, BSC incentives, and driver incentives, based on country-specific policies and approvals.
Financial Review & GL Management:
- Support monthly P&L reviews with a focus on labor costs, ensuring alignment with GL entries.
- Review provisions (e.g., air ticket, bonus accruals) for compliance with country labor laws and internal policies.
- Process all manual GL entries related to provision accruals.
Assistant Manager Finance Control| Data Management & Audit Preparation:
- Analyze labor cost data and prepare required financial reports for FP&A and external audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors by providing necessary payroll and cost data.
Cost Allocation & Cross-Charging:
- Oversee cross-charging of labor-related expenses between countries in accordance with internal cost-sharing agreements.
Assistant Manager Finance Control | Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or any related field.
- 7+year of experience in finance management within the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (especially Oracle Fusion), IFRS16, FCCS, and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of international labor laws, payroll processes, and cross-border financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets.
