Job Summary
Responsible for posting daily financial transactions and, proper maintenance of records and documents relating to the office complex.
Major duties & Responsibilities
- Post daily financial transactions.
- Receive and receipt payments.
- Issue invoices and ETR receipts to tenants.
- Bank collections daily.
- Maintain the Daily Banking Register.
- Open files, file documents and record file movements, related to financial transactions.
- Receive, register, open, peruse, distribute and dispatch mail.
- Retrieve information.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Accountant, Property Manager and Management Committee.
Person Specification
- CPA Part II or equivalent accounting certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or general accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and bank reconciliations.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Property Manager, the role of the Caretaker shall supervise the day-to-day operations of the office complex to the satisfaction of its tenants, the Property Manager, Management Committee, and the management of the board of directors.
Major duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely rent and service charge collection.
- Ensure the building is always kept clean in liaison with the service provider.
- Conduct regular inspection of the buildings’ facilities and services and report on repairs and maintenance needs.
- Ensuring that all mechanical systems are functioning properly.
- Oversee and monitoring the general security of the building in liaison with the service provider.
- Enforcing security protocols and regulations to ensure safe environment.
- Submit daily status reports to the property manager for information and action/direction, relating to security, repairs and maintenance, tenant welfare and rent collection.
- Maintain a stock register for all items issued through the property manager and their usage.
- Attend to emergency breakdowns, security incidents and taking appropriate action to resolve them.
