Job Description

Industry: Hospitality

Gross Salary: 120-150K,

Our client in hospitality is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Administrative Manager who will be responsible for growing, managing, developing and enhancing the business.

  • Strategic thinker. Identifies, reimagines, illustrates and builds out ideas, avoiding the rhythm of entrenched practices and processes.
  • Trusted expert advisor. Providing high quality, insightful and strategic advice and recommendations to the board on issues and initiatives. Attention to detail to ensure a quality outcome.

  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of all marketing activities (menu launches, new product launches, promotions)
  • Responsible for development and implementation of franchisee best operating practice financial benchmarks i.e. driving individual franchisee profitability
  • Satisfactorily manage customer queries and expectations
  • Host, co-ordinate and attend meetings and strategic meetings.
  • Drive and support the New Store development plans and successful implementation of revamps
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with the key strategic partners
  • Implement, manage, and develop strong relationships with delivery aggregators while entrenching own delivery ecosystem 
  • Manage company stores to achieve brand leading standards and meet financial KPI’s
  • Achievement of monthly/annual profitability targets
  • Developing and tracking key KPIs for the restaurants
  • Effective cost management.
  • Creditors/supplier payment management in conjunction with finance team
  • Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Income statement reporting and management 
  • Weekly, monthly reporting of in-market business operations and performance.
  • Accountable for the recruitment and selection of all operations and restaurant staff 
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing and Strategic Management from a recognized Institution. 
  • A minimum of 3 years in management or leading a team 
  • Strong track record of success in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
  • Experience working in a multicultural diverse environment

  • Financial numeracy
