Job Description

Administrative Assistant | UAE Careers

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (Female) to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist management and staff, and contribute to smooth daily operations.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and other property-related documents
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
  • Prepare memos, letters and other documents as required.
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and follow up on tenant service requests
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized, clean, and professional.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain professional communication standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
