Administrative Assistant | UAE Careers
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (Female) to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist management and staff, and contribute to smooth daily operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and other property-related documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
- Prepare memos, letters and other documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and follow up on tenant service requests
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized, clean, and professional.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain professional communication standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
