The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with prior experience in a school environment. This role requires a technology-savvy professional to manage office operations, maintain records, coordinate events, and provide exceptional service to students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure an efficient work environment.
- Support school operations through effective planning, coordination, and administrative support.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and facilitate effective communication across departments.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential student, staff, and institutional records.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and record-keeping requirements.
- Support data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Plan and coordinate school events, meetings, workshops, and special functions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage event logistics.
- Support and coordinate administrative staff while promoting teamwork and implementing best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Education Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within a school setup or educational institution (mandatory).
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to use modern office technologies and software applications.
- Excellent organizational, planning, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
