Purpose for Account Manager Job
To achieve the divisional objectives, under Client Relations and Scheme Retention.
Duties and Responsiblities
- Ensure renewals are carried out within 60 days to renewal date.
- Organize and attend renewal meetings and include all value-adding riders and features.
- Ensure clients queries are handled within two days or earlier.
- Organize and attend review meetings as per the service level agreements. Followed by minutes or file notes within agreed time lines, and ensuring all action items are actioned accordingly.
- Business retention of 100% within allocated portfolio with organic growth of 10% per year
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Collect all premiums within 30 days of cover placement.
- Conduct at least one member education session for all allocated accounts per year.

Professional and Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
- Diploma in insurance.
