Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Communication Management:
- Screen, prioritize, and manage the CEO’s email and correspondence.
- Draft, proofread, and format documents and communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Handle logistics for conferences, board meetings, and team gatherings.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies in all matters.
- Implement and manage efficient office systems and procedures.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the CEO.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
- Special Projects:
- Assist the CEO with ad hoc projects, research, and assignments.
- Provide strategic support to ensure the execution of high-priority initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably with C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and integrity in managing confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
