Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers in the agricultural sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage established relationships to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Travel within Kenya and regionally to meet with clients and oversee sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
