Job Summary HR Assistant Operations Supervisor 

  • The HR Assistant/Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supporting human resource functions and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role involves recruitment support, employee relations, administrative coordination, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives for employee growth.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures as required.
  • Prepare HR reports and support in HR audits when necessary.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and company protocols.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline business operations.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships where applicable.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial monitoring for operational activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and operational management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience in employee engagement and team leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
