Job Overview: Customer Support

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their web hosting inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless hosting experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve web hosting issues, including domain configurations, server settings, and website errors.
  • Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and general product guidance.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new hosting technologies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a web hosting or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of web hosting services, including cPanel, DNS, FTP, and email configurations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

  • BSc. IT, BSc. or any related field
